Contests begin at 9 a.m. on July 26 though weighing, delivery and installation begins as early as July 24. Applications are available at the county Extension office in Washington.
Booklets with contest regulations, times and dates are also available at the above office.
“There is no cost for visitors to the shows,” Mr. Williams said, adding contestant fees range from $1 to $10 in cost.
