Peter H. Luke, Rappahannock’s two-term Commonwealth’s Attorney, is running unopposed for re-election this November as an independent candidate. Having been on both sides of the adversarial Bystem, he favors prosecuting crimes to defending them.
“I enjoy the work. In terms of defense versus prosecution, I much prefer the role of prosecution,” he said this week.
