Newbill Miller said he questioned the estimate that the school population will continue to increase at the rate of one and a half percent per /ear. “Projected populations are never accurate,” he said. He said the committee did not have the advice of ‘an expert on facilities use.” He said that the cost of the building is “only the tip of the cost of another school.” He said the middle school would also cost more for heat, electricity, insurance, administrators, and duplicating a gym and cafeteria.
