Practices offered are: Establish- - ing or improving permanent vegeta- ‘ tive cover, strip cropping systems, l diversions, grazing land protection, ; cropland protective cover, critical - area cover, livestock watering facili- - ties, sod waterways, planting forest t trees, and animal waste facilities.

Long term agreements are bind-1 ing contracts based on plans devel-» oped by the Soil Conservation Service and approved by the county " ASC Committee. If your farm is in . need of more than one conservation.; practice, consider this option. Cost * shares are paid at 75 percent on ap- - proved practices.
