But that will again be true in 10 years. What will the county ddTR^n? Will it expand the elementary school hold 1,000 students? t The best chojce for the children and ultimately for the taxpayers is to build a middle school as quickly as possible, hopefully in time for the 1994-95 school year. Time is wasting.

Drivers have sped past stopped school buses five times so Jfar this school year in Rappahannock County. Each time the buses were stopped, their red lights flashing, to let off or pick, ■up children. ! Fortunately no child has been injured. This behavior must be stopped. Our children are at risk. ; The bus drivers have reported license plate numbers and Vehicle descriptions to school administrators and the sheriff in two of the instances but witnesses are needed to help identify the drivers. : So far only one person has been charged.
If you see someone passing a stopped school bus, get involved. Try to get a description of the driver, the car, and its license plate number. Tell the sheriffs department and be pfiepared to testify in court. Every once in a while it is okay to be intolerant. This is one of those times.
