ginia’s share of the 1993-94 Low Income Heating and Energy Assistance Program Block Grant is $27.6 million, compared to $25.8 million last year. In addition to Fuel Assistance, the Block Grant supports Crisis Assistance for families in danger of losing their heating source and a small summer Cooling Assistance Program. The grant also pays administrative costs for all three Energy Assistance programs.
