was answered, my mother, Ora Barbour was diagnosed with lung cancer. Having cancer myself, helped me to help her cope with her situation.
With her strong will she also needed the help of others like doctor Michael Smith and Glenn Tonnesen and their staff, the staff of Fauquier Hospital on the Fletcher wing, and special care from the Convaless/The Plains Pharmacy, the Hunt Country staff, and the Washington Rescue Squad. We also received support from the Rappahannock Chapter of the American Cancer Society, and we thank the Hospice of Rapidan for their help and volunteer each week, the visiting nurses and their aides in helping her to look good and feel food, and the RSVP volunteers of the Rappahannock Senior Nutrition Site and the community churches for their prayers and support.
