the people of Rappahannock county for whatever reason; be it concern for safety of all of the country residents, current ordinance prohibitions, or lack of clearly defined and approved guidelines for the acceptance of such substances in our county until such time as it is clearly understood that the practice is safe for all of us.
However as a indication of the times we now live in, it appears the in thing to do is take the cause of a minuscule few, obtain a law'yer, and pursue that cause under the guise of constitutional deprivation, threaten our elected officials with litigation and more often than not achieve their goal through intimidation and/or coercion.
I certainly hope that the decision to allow or not allow' the use of sludge is predicated on the points of its safety and effective utility and not because it was forced to be approved without proper safe-guards as a result of legal or threatened legal action that would benefit those that would use the legal system for their own monetary gain without consideration of the well being of others.
