The show currently at the Middle Street Gallery is “Nightscapes” by Springfield, Va., photographer Bruce Blundell.
Mr. Blundell was bora and raised in New York City, where his love of photography formed early. An interest in astronomy and the secrets of the night sky led to the pursuit of astrophotography of stars, planets and eclipses.
“From this experience I developed a passion for night photography in the urban environment and began to explore how darkness and selective artificial light .can transform city into cityscape,” he said.
