The Rappahannock Monarchs defeated Edinburg in a double header Sunday.
Stoney Frye and William Parker had clutch hits to beat previously unbeaten Edinburg in the bottom of the fifth to break a 2-2 tie and send the Monarchs to a 4-3 victory. Nils Aylor added a two run homer for Rappahannock and Luther Alexander was the winning pitcher.
