It takes real dedication to these organization to withstand the abuse you receive from the weather as well as from “some” of the individuals using the service.

A special thank you to Peter Kreyling for providing us with relief, homemade lemonade. It was a lifesaver.

Thank you!

To the Editor.

Remember the one-act play Rhythms, presented at Ki Theatre in May, 1992? The play was written and directed by Rappahannock resident Chris White, and depicted the experiences of seven Rappahannock women. Dinah Pehrson-Day, Sheila Simms Watson, Robin Herr and I were among the cast, and numerous others inspired the work as it progressed.

Last Friday I saw the play for the first time as a member of the audience. Horizons Theatre is currently presenting their interpretation of the play at the Gunston Arts Center in Arlington. Director Leslie Jacobson has found an impressive professional cast whose performances are true to the work.
