Rappahannock County Circuit Court last week, the trial date of Oct. 6 was set for Cana Deware and Frangalina Lopez.
Ms. Deware and Lopez have been charged with stealing property belonging to Nelson Payne of Flint Hill last January. They are both presently incarcerated in the Rappahannock County Jail.
