Crisis Assistance
Rappahannock Department of Social Services will operate the crisis assistance program this year to help alleviate heating emergencies. The program runs from Nov. 1, 1994 to March 15,1995.
State changes in this program allow for possible repair or replacement of a heating source when there is no heat in the home and other resources are not available to help with repairs.
The crisis program will not pay for fuel.
