Special thanks to everyone who contributed to the food baskets benefitting out community. If you would like to participate, you may made a check payable to Dorothy Hackley, coordinator of the project and drop off at Hackley’s Store. All donations will be divided among the sponsors: Amissville Baptist, Bethel, Methdoist and Ruritans. Food was collected at Mayhugh’s and Hackley’s Stores through Monday. The baskets were put together on Tuesday, and distributed on Wednesday by the Ruritans. Mrs. Hackley and her sister Nancy Nicholas have been the primary persons putting the basket together for many, many year. Our special thanks to them as well for all their hard work.
