NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING: REQUEST FOR TAX EXEMPTION - RAPPAHANNOCK COUNTY CITIZEN’S LEAGUE In accordance with §30.19.04. B of the Code of Virginia, 1950 (as amended), the Board of Supervisors shall meet and hold a public hearing on Wednesday, January 4, 1995 at 7:00 PM at the Courthouse in Washington, VA to consider a request that the Rappahannock County Citizen’s League be granted local real estate tax exemption in accordance with the Constitution of Virginia, Article X, Section 6 (a) (6). The current total current assessed value is S124.300.00. The total real estate taxes for 1994 were $857.67, for 1993 were $770.66, and for 1992 were $478.50. The Board shall review the questions contained in §3019.04.B, 1-9, in considering a resolution to approve or deny this request. All interested persons are invited to attend and to make comment.
