Mary Colvin
Miss Mary Beale Colvin, 83, of Culpeper died Friday, Dec. 16 at Culpeper Health Care Center.
Miss Colvin was bom on Sept. ' 25, 1911, in Flint Hill, daughter of the late William T. and Rosie Rutherford Colvin.
Survivors include one sister, Eliza Colvin of Warrenton and several nieces and nephews.
Graveside service was held on Sunday, Dec. 18 at Sperryville Cemetery with the Rev. Fred Meadows officiating.
Geest Funeral Home in Culpeper was in charge of the arrangements.
Laura Corbin
Laura Virginia Corbin, 90, of Amissville died Sunday, Dec. 18.
Mrs. Corbin was bom in Rappahannock County on Aug. 22,1904, to the late Mary Virginia Frazier and James Woodard.
Mrs. Corbin was a member of the Amissville Baptist Church.
Mrs. Corbin is survived by two sons, Russell Corbin of Reva and A.C. Corbin of Culpeper and one daughter, Mrs. Frank (Kathleen) Coppedge.
Additional survivors include 11 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.
Mrs. Corbin was preceded in death by her husband, Albert Clark Corbin Jr. and two sisters.
