Molly Hobson chose to stay in her small Chapter One math lab room because there were no funds to relocate the computer network she has in there for instruction.
“It went extremely well,” Principal David Smith said. “Folks came in and they were anxious to get the rooms in order. Everyone worked well and got it done.”
Several teachers continued to work over the weekend to have their classrooms ready for students Monday.
Monday Assistant principal Raye Tupper reported, “It’s absolutely wonderful. Everybody is so-excited. We’re finding all sorts of new advantages to the extra space.”
Mr. Smith agreed. “It’s going very smoothly,” he reported. The kids are all excited about the rooms, and the parents who have come through are very pleased about the way the rooms look. We’re doing
