Rappahannock Newt Staff Writer | There will be a new assistant librarian/children’s librarian starting work at the Rappahannock County Public Library next Tuesday, when the library opens after Christmas.
Stella Clark has accepted the part-time position. She brings a wealth of experience working with children in school and public libraries to the job.
Mrs. Clark lives in Nethers, just over the county line into Madison County. She retired after a lifetime as an elementary school teacher, school librarian and public librarian. She was the librarian at Waverly Yowell School in Madison, and in i school libraries in Fairfax and Ar! lington.
