Oscar Ray Sisk, 34„ of Washington.

A statement by Deputy Connie Compton of the Rappahannock Sheriff’s Office in the court file said, “Based on a statement received from Ernest Randolph Fletcher, Jr., I have reason to believe that Roy Wayne Sisk and Oscar Ray Sisk committed the above offense by striking him in the back of the head with brass knuckles, and after Ernest fell to the ground they continued to assault him by kicking him about the head and shoulders.”

Commonwealth’s Attorney Peter Luke said that if the medical examiner's report indicates that Mr. Fletcher died as a result of the assault, charges pending against one or both men may be amended. He will not decide if additional charges will be filed until the autopsy report is received.

Roy Wayne Sisk and Oscar Ray Sisk are due in General District Court April 18 for a preliminary hearing on the malicious wounding charges.
