Mr. Smith reported that plant operator Donna Chabot had asked if the authority would rewrite the ordinance to make it “understandable to the layman.”
She also asked the authority to put an electric fence along the road to the plant so she does not have to drive through cow manure to get to the plant, he said.
Members said they would look into the issue.
