Advisory Committee To Meet The Special Education Advisory Committee originally scheduled for March 9 has been rescheduled for 3:30 p.m., Thursday, April 6 in Room 23 at the high school (Mrs. Logan’s room). Jim Hall of the Department of Rehabilitative Services will present the program Refreshments will be served. The meeting is open to the public.
Miss Rappahannock Pageant The annual Miss Rappahannock Pageant sponsored by the Sperryville Volunteer Rescue Squad will be held at 7 p.m, on Saturday, April 22. Rehearsal and registration will be held at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday, April 20. The pageant and rehearsal will be the Rappahannock Elementary School. The contest will feature girls ages 2-19 and boys ages 2-6. There will also be Sisters and Mother-Daughter contests. Pictures will be taken the night of the pageant by Ken Pullen Photos. Packages wiil be offered to contestants and the general public.
