Paul Butler, U.S.N. from Virginia Beach spent the weekend here with his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Freddie Butler and visited his sister and new baby in Fauquier Hospital before returning to his base.
Congratulations go out to J.R. Peyton who has been selected Quality Employee of the month for February 1995 at the Rochester Corporation where he has been employed for the past 28 years as machine operator in the Electro-Optical Cable Division.
Salem Garden Club along with other garden clubs will have a joint meeting, tomorrow Thursday at the Culpeper Methodist Church. Mr. Robert Jlenkel of Blackstone will be guest speaker for the meeting which begins at 10:30 a.m.
Following church on Sunday, Mrs. Alvin Atkins of Sperryville accompanied her brother and sisterin-law, Mr. and Mrs. Ray Frazier and Christopher to Fredericksburg where they entertained her on her birthday at the Market Street Restaurant.
Sunday luncheon guests of Mrs. George Butler were Mr. and Mrs. William Gibbs, Mrs. Lottie Johnston, Freddie Butler and son, Paul.
