Basic Training
Marine Pfc. Eric C. Neal, a 1994 graduate of RCHS, recently completed recruit training and was promoted to his present rank.
During the training cycle at the Marine Corps Recruit Depot, Parris Island, S.C., recruits are taught the basics of battlefield survival, military daily routine and personal and professional standards.
They participate in an active physical conditioning program and gain proficiency in a variety of military skills including first aid, rifle marksmanship and close order drill.
