Virginia Cooperative Extension in Planning District 9, in cooperation with the Virginia Department of Health, is sponsoring two 16-hour certification courses on Applied Food Service Sanitation for food service personnel.
One will be held on Tuesdays, 2:30 to 5:30 p.m. on Jan. 14, 21, 28 and Feb. 4, 11, 1997 at the Fauquier County School Food Service Office in Midland.
The second class will be held at the Culpeper Baptist Retirement Community, 12425 Village Loop. Culpeper, Virginia on Wednesdays, 2 to 5 p.m. on Jan. 15, 22, 29 and Feb. 5, 12. 1997. •
