In addition to his wife, Helen, he is survived by three sons, Philip Byrd Eastham Jr. of Charlottesville, George Wayne Eastham and his wife Caren of The Plains and Mark Hampton Eastham and his wife Kathy of Tappahannock. He is also survived by three grandchildren.
The sixth of seven children, he was preceded in death by his sister, Fisher Eastham Burford, and his brothers. Dr. Edwin Marion Eastham Jr. and Dabney McGhee Eastham.
Surviving are one sister, Frances Eastham Brad*jprd of Flint Hill and two brothers, William Guerrant
