Following an accident oh Route 637 in Amissville early last Saturday morning, Doris Hogan, 42, of Washington, was charged with driving under the influence. According to State Trooper C.A. Moore's report, Ms. Hogan ran off the right side of the road in a 1987 Plymouth, ran into a ditch and overturned. She was wearing a seat belt, but was injured in the accident.
