Coping with Holiday Grief

As a service to the community, Hospice of the Rapidan will provide a workshop on coping with holiday grief at 5 p.m., on Tuesday, Dec. 17 at 1200 Sunset Lane, Suite 2320 in Culpeper. Fruit Ready for Pickup

The Rappahannock High School Band and Chorus fruit orders are in and can be picked up at the Rappahannock Coop from 2 until 5 p.m. on Thursday, Dec. 12th and Friday, Dec. 13th also on Saturday, Dec. 15th from 8 a.m. until 12 noon. Winter Solstice Celebration

Friends of Gaia presents a Winter Solstice Celebration on Saturday, Dec. 21, at 8 p.m. at the Community Center just outside Washington.

Festivities will include: a mask theatre production of "The Psyche Circus"; a piece choreographed by Kim Doyle for her Dance Place student entitled "The Black Dance"; a new dance choreographed by Linda Ramer entitled Gai Rahima Janna plus food, dancing and music. Admission is $5 per person.

Special Bingo Planned

Santa at Viewtown Store
