This course id designed to educate owners, operators, managers, and other food service personnel in proper food handling techniques and sanitation management/
The textbook used will be Applied Food Service Sanitation (cost is included in tuition). After completion of the course, there is a one-hour exam. With successful completion of the course and passing the exam, students will be issued a certificate by the National Restaurant Association.
