Mr. Tuttle was charged with reckless driving by State Trooper M.J. Irvine.

Last Wednesday afternoon, two teenage boys were involved in an accident on Route 640 in Amissville, 2.3 miles south of U.S. 211.

Darian Stevens, 19, of ^missville, driving a 1989 Hyundai, was charged by State Trooper M.C. Woodard with failing to drive on the right side of the highway after he sideswiped a 1985 Chevy driven by a 16-year-old male from Amissville. The cars met on a curve. Neither driver was injured, though each vehicle suffered $500 damage.
