resident of Rappahannock County, and is using his new studio to not only do portraits of both well-known and local people, but he has just finished the illustrations for The Blue and the Gray.

This book, just released, is a Civil War tale set locally and using local residents as models in the book...including St. Luke's student, Adam Washington. Mr. Bittinger is at work on another book and will share with the audience the steps involved in putting it together. The program is open to the public and will be held in the gymnasium at the St. Luke's Intermediate School from 1:30 to 2:30 p.m. The book will also be available for Mr. Bittinger to sign.

St. Luke's Physical Education Program began their annual winter sports program on Wednesday, Jan. 15 and continuing every Wednesday until Feb. 19.
