JUDICIAL SALE OF REAL PROPERTY

On or after 17 February, 1997 proceedings will be commenced under the authority of §15.1-1263 and §58.1-3965 et seq of the code of Virginia to sell the following parcels for payment of delinquent fees and charges owed the Rappahannock County Water and Sewer Authority:

Parcel 1 Owner: John W. Shipman Tax Map 38A 1 14 James Atkins “Carroll Menefee Store Property” 15 Main Street State Rt.1001 Village of Sperryville Piedmont Magisterial District Rappahannock County, Virginia and being the same property acquired by John W. Shipman from Angelo Danzi, et ux, by deed recorded in Deed Book 177 page 602 of the records maintained by the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Rappahannock County, Virginia.

Parcel 2 Owners: Darrel L. Breeding and Joyce A. Breeding Tax Map 38 parcel 31. 5.675 acres 9 Josh Ben Lane Village of Sperryville Piedmont Magisterial District Rappahannock County, Virginia; and being the same property acquired by the owners by deed recorded in Deed Book 195 page 651 of the records maintained by the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Rappahannock County, Virginia. The owner of any property listed may redeem it at any time before the date of sale by paying all accumulated fees, charges, penalties, reasonable attorney's fees, interest and costs thereon, including the pro rata cost of publication at the office of the County Attorney, 239 Gay Street, Washington, VA 22747. Partial payment of such sums shall not be sufficient to redeem the property, and shall not operate to suspend, invalidate or make moot any action for judicial sale.
