David Armor, who is a part time professor at George Mason University’s Institute of Public Policy, also travels the country as a consultant. He wanted to do something in the line of farming that could be done on a part time basis, he said, and the vineyard seemed a logical choice.
He said they may expand in the future but for a while they’ll take it slow and see how it goes.
