I was very sad to learn of Mr. Edward King’s recent surgery and hospital stay so long after the fact. Mr. King underwent a battery of tests that led to emergency surgery and a three week stay at Fauquier Hospital. He was then moved to Overlook .Nursing Home to convalesce. Unfortunately, he had to spend his 81st birthday in the nospital!
In speaking with Mr. King Sunday evening, he reported he still feels very weak and out of breath. His health has deteriorated to the point that he has put his pride and joy 1989 GMC pickup truck that •he bought brand new up for sale. Mr. King says he no longer has the strength to -phift gears. As with anyone who has declining health, he .feels very out-of-touch with the world. I know he would .appreciate your call at 937
