After last week’s tneeting of the Rappahannock Board of Zoning Appeals, the , county has another bed and -breakfast operation. ■' The board approved the ^.application by Ernest Van 'Hallberg to operate “a self-contained two-room guest cottage, 1 in an already existing and sep| arate dwelling, on the property for the purpose of rental on a nightly or weekly basis.” The Hallberg property is located near the intersection of routes 600 and 608 in Sperryville. Hallberg said he plans to locate the bed and breakfast in , the structure known as the * “Smokehouse,” named for its . previous use.
