Sperryville festival this weekend
The Sperryville Business Council merchants are hosting their annual Fall festival this weekend, Oct. 4 and 5. Many activities are planned throughout the town, which include children’s entertainment, apple butter boiling, John Jackson at Country Home Antiques, a music fest at Mountainside Market, special sales and many fun events for the entire family. The festival will be held rain or shine. For information call 987-8235.
Berry-Clark family reunion set
The family reunion of James Adrian and Bertha Ellen Clark Berry will be held Sunday, Oct. 5 at Rappahannock Park on U.S. 211 near Washington. Lunch will be served at 1 p.m. Family and friends are invited. Please bring a covered dish and join us.

The Rappahannock Band Boosters will have a yard sale and bake sale from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 11 at the Rappahannock County High School. Benefit yard sale set
A fall yard sale will be held at the old Forest Grove School House in Viewtown on Oct. 4 beginning at 9 a.m. There will be a large variety of items available including household items, toys, and baseball cards. Also, hot dogs, drinks, and baked goods will be sold by Forest Grove Baptist Church.
