A letter of

thanks to all

This letter of thanks has

been a long time in coming, although I think most of you know that I’ve been pretty busy rearranging my life.

It’s been a couple of months since Bill Cejka left and in this time I’ve witnessed more kindness, love and compassion than I have in all of my 38 years.

First, I thank you, Bill, for being part of my life. Though it was for the briefest of times, it was quality time. I was proud to be your partner. I miss you.

Many thanks to the Sperryville Volunteer Rescue Squad. Your response was immediate and professional. You did all that you could and for that I am grateful.

Thank you to all of the following, for whose assistance and support I am eternally grateful: “Cousin Joe” Cejka and Sheila Bennett; Gary Long, Bill Gene and the rest of the crew of Ace Carpentry, Inc.; all of the Culpeper Minutemen M.C. and their partners; Blaine Smith, Kirby Kapps and Kim Rawls, Tony Lang and Gus, Cleve Jones, John and Cindy Kyff, Tommy Gaines; Andy Keaton and Sharon Roberts, Roy Tolliver, Tim Brown, Holly Gibson and Greg Hart.

Also thanks to Angie Jolly, Nina Coates and Mark, Chris and John Martin, Deborah and John Patterson; Bruce Malanowski and Charles and Mabel Dodson; Inez Hamilton and Lauren Parker; the owners and staff of the Blue Moon Cafe; John and Cynthia Loretti, Chaz Greene, Linda, Ronnie; Justin and others; Rae Ross, Brian Ross and all of the Mountainside Market staff for your love and generosity.
