On Oct. 25 Gilliam will offer a water monitoring training program free of charge. It will begin between 9 and 9:3i0 a.m. at the Mountainside

Market in Sperryville and wijil end at about 3 p.m. Comfortable clothing and water-proof boots are recommended. ’
