The Headwaters board of directors is made up of Rappahannock citizens who work together to enhance educational programs in our schools. ' “

Mary Ann Biggs, assistant superintendent, acts as the liaison between the school administration and the foundation. Biggs serves as ex-offi: cio and is a nonvoting member of the foundation.

In an interview with Biggs I asked her, “What do you see in the long range plan for Headwaters?” ; ,

She replied, “We will bg here. Headwaters is a solid foundation of people who are sincerely concerned about the schools and the students. We want to do a lot more, however, it depends on resources and parents getting involved.”

For parents and citizens who become involved, there is no better cause than one for our children’s future. Volunteering can be one of the most rewarding investments of a lifetime. Make a differr ence, get involved.
