Fauquier County Public Library is recruiting for a part-time Library Page position working 15 hrs/wk; evenings and alternating weekend’s are required. This position is responsible for organizing and shelving library materials at the Main Library.
Qualified applicants must possess a general knowledge of the procedures, practices and equipment of a public library; good verbal and written communication skills; ability to operate standard office and data entry equipment; ability to lift approximately 25 lbs. and push heavy carts. Preferred applicants should have experience working directly with the public and computer experience or training. Public library experience is a plus. Starting salary is $7.54/hr.
