WAREHOUSE CLERKS
Primary focus for three positions are pulling parts from shelves according to number identification and written description following a parts list, moving parts/materials from warehouse to designated department using carts, and stocking shelves with parts. In addition, will be assigned to help with other tasks within the warehouse as needed, including unloading boxes and counting inventory. At times, will deliver and pick-up parts from outside vendors using company truck. This would be an opportunity to learn other aspects of receiving, storing & distribution of parts within a manufacturing facility.
Primary focus for second position is receiving parts from outside sources such as FedEx, UPS, and various vendors, checking paperwork against orders received, unboxing and delivering to inventory and within the buildings.
QUALIFICATIONS: must have good reading and number comprehension skills, neat handwriting, be able to lift up to 50# without assistance, and stand and walk most of the day, bend and reach, and be able to use the computer for inquiry. Ability to report to work on time on a regular basis is required. Experience driving a forklift helpful but not required. Valid VA Driver’s license with good driving record is required.
