Who needs to trek to that other Washington when Rappahannock County will have the best small-town Independence Day celebration east of the Blue Ridge (and the Rockies too!)? No one!
Well—maybe they’ll have better fireworks, but crowds of two million people and unending traffic jams are just too great a price to pay for that. Washington, Virginia’s “William M. Carrigan Independence Day Celebration” will have plenty for everyone, including an unparalleled setting.
