help in solving
disappearance
of local woman
In the effort to solve the disappearance of 19-year-old Castleton resident Jessica Pruitt, Rappahannock County Sheriff Larry Sherertz is askng area landowners to walk or drive their properties to see f anything looks out-of-place or unusual.
Anyone who thinks they think they may have found anything that may be connected with the case are urged to call the Sheriff’s Office.
Pruitt was last seen Friday, June 15 at around 7 j.m., when she left her job at ;he Warrenton Chiropractic Center.
Her vehicle, a champagnecolored 2001 Pontiac Sunfire, was found in Warrenton on June 17. Due to evidence found in the car, her disappearance is being treated as a Jiomicide by Fauquier County 'tmd Town of Warrenton police -Investigators. On June 23 at about 9 Ip.m., Dep. Berry was on patrol •on Rt. 522 near Huntly when !j\e noticed a vehicle being driven erratically. V He pulled the vehicle over, limd charged the driver, ^-Kathleen F. Elar, 44, of Front j^toyal, with driving under the influence of alcohol.
At about 12:30 a.m. on •June 24, Dep. Berry was on U. *.£. 211 near Ben Venue, and 'stopped a vehicle driven by j Christopher Eric Sharp, 23, of. •Warrenton. Sharp was also ‘rharged with DUI.
