Eddie “Pop” W. Bache, 78, of Culpeper died on Tuesday, June 19 at his residence.
He was born on Sept. 3, 1922 in Madison County.
He was retired from Transcontinental Gas Pipe Line Corporation.
His parents were the late Parker Bache and Lillie Marsh Bache.
Survivors include three sons, Warren Grant Bache and Robert Marshall Bache, both of Culpeper and Eddie Lee Bache; four daughters, Joyce Weakley and Gloria Aylor, both of Culpeper, Rose Foster of Flint Hill and Shirley Estes of Manassas;' one sister, Laura Ruth Bache of Fredericksburg; 16 grandchildren and 21 great-grandchildren.
In addition to his parents, he was also predeceased by his wife, Cecile Bache; one son, Ricky Bache and a grandson, John Estes.
Funeral services were conducted on Friday, June 22 at Clore-English Funeral Home with the Rev. Sandy Martin officiating. Interment was in Fairview Cemetery.
