Comprehensive Plan
Review
Planning Commission Chairman Tom Junk suggested that work should soon commence on the review of the County’s Comprehensive Plan.
He proposed that the Commission, discuss and receive public comment on how that review should be conduced.
Mr. McCarthy proposed an alternative, whereby the commission would begin the “non-public” aspects of the review in July or August, and in September “go to the districts” for public comment.
The commission agreed by consensus to consider such a schedule, and Mr. McCarthy will prepare one for their review.
