• The last Community After School Enrichment (CASE) Program of the year has just ended at RCES. Under the direction of Mrs. Denise Kruczynski, the program offered a variety of activities for children Mondays and Wednesdays. Many thanks to our instructors this year who worked very hard, and, as always, for very little monetary reward. Preparing for these classes is very labor intensive, and our instructors do it happily and lovingly for our children.
• We are happy to announce that Target Stores has recently sent the RCES PTO $83.81, thanks to your participation in their program to support area schools. If you have not signed up, please do so the next time you are shopping in a Target Store.
• Speaking of which, Safeway, Giant and K-Mart all support our schools as well. You must sign up first, but then all subsequent purchases will earn points for our school. All of these easy ways to help our schools simply by continuing to shop in stores that you already patronize.
• Have a great week, and happy spring holiday wishes to all of our students and staff. Many thanks as well to Amy Hughes, RCHS Librarian, and Jared Nieters, RCHS Social Studies teacher, for writing two Panther Pause articles which will appear in the near future. We hope you enjoy them.
