The Flint Hill United Methodist Women met for their March meeting with Mary Curtis. Those attending were Alice Pullen, Mary Frances Bywaters, Mabel Lillard, Barbara Gentry, Janet Eastham, Ardis East, Candy Lamma, Louise McCulloch, Shelby Welch and Anne Ashleigh Lamma.
Our condolences to the family of Cornelia Welch, who passed away last week. Funeral services were held on Friday in the Flint Hill United Methodist Church with Rev. Merlin Shorb and Rev. James Burke officiating. Interment was in Flint Hill Cemetery.
Cornelia will be missed but long remembered by her family and friends.'
The Administrative Board of the Fling Hill United Methodist Church met at the church on Thursday evening.
Those in attendance were Merlin Shorb, Dougie Bywaters, Harriet and Tom Davis, M. H. Brady, Louise McCulloch, Mabel Lillard, Mary Frances By waters, Bud and Virginia Corder.
