Clin ic open April 3

The Rappahannock Free Clinic, a local operation of the Fauquier Free Clinic Inc., is currently open on the first, third and fifth Wednesdays of each month. The clinic will be open April 3 and again on April 17.

Patient registration is from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. at the Rappahannock County Public Health Department Building For additional information call 347-0394.

Womens History month at Museum

It's Women's History month at the Museum of Culpeper History and special exhibits will be featured now through April 19.

An added extra is a display on "Olympic" women in history. The museum is located at 803 South Main Street and is open Monday through Saturday from 10 a m. to 5 p.m. For more information call 829-1749.

Easter Bake Sale

There will be a bake sale Friday. March 29. beginning at 9 a m. in front of the Shoe Show store at the Royal Plaza Shopping Center in Front Royal. There will be lots of homemade cakes, cookies and pies.

The Rappahannock-Rapidan Community Services Board invites persons 60 years of age and older to participate in the following ' Health Promotion/ Screening Programs to be held at the Rappahannock Senior Nutrition Center:

April 9 at 1 p.m., Fall Prevention by Jill Crafton of United Health & Rehabilitation; April 10 at 11:30a.m., "As You Age" by Judy Stevens of Virginia Cooperative Extension; April 11 at 1 p.m.. a program by Karen Gerndt of Culpeper Regional Hospital; April 17 at 11 am, blood pressure screening by Melinda Beach; April 30 at 1 p.m., "Reading Food Levels" by Cheryll Green of the Health Department.
