Martha Stuart Fletcher of Sperryville was among the 450 graduates of Ohio Wesleyan University of Delaware, Ohio who were awarded diplomas at the commencement June 12.
She received a bachelor of arts degree. She is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. J.W. Fletcher.
Among the blood donors who visited the mini-mobile in Washington recently were Mr. and Mrs. Larry Welch of Flint Hill who made it a family affair. In excess of forty donors presented themselves at the bloodmobile and 33 units of blood were collected, some specified for a Flint Hill resident who will undergo surgery. '
Floyd T. Grigsby, formerly of Castleton, who is now manager of the Southern States Cooperative in Martinsburg, W.Va. was recognized for reaching $1,000,000 in sales during 1976.
