Courthouse Security Fee and
Jail Processing Fee On Monday, July 1, 2002 at 7:00 PM at the Courthouse in Washington, VA, the Board of Supervisors of Rappahannock County will hold a public hearing to consider the adoption of an ordinance amending Chapter 103 of the Code of Rappahannock to impose a $5.00 fee on each criminal and traffic conviction to be applied to pay for courthouse security personnel and a fee of $25.00 on each person committed to jail to defray processing expenses.
