"Little Miss Annie" was crowned Sperryville's new queen following its annual carnival on June 8 She is the daughter of James (Pete) Nicholson and Karla Pullen. Annie s grandparents are Mary Nicholson of Castleton and the late Billy Nicholson and Branson and Eleanor Pullen of Jeffersonton. Following the Sperryville carnival Miss Annie represented Sperryville in the Flint Hill parade and will also ride this week in the Amissville parade on Thursday evening.
